Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in government contracting, procurement, or defense acquisitions.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, contracts, or business.
  • Strong knowledge of United States government contracting and procurement regulations, specifically the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
  • Critical thinking, excellent writing and editing skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously and work independently with all levels of management.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of global subcontracts, master services agreements, and supply terms.
  • Serve as a key liaison across Procurement, Legal, PMO, and Export teams.
  • Draft agreements and negotiate supplier terms across diverse products and services.
  • Support United States Small Business Subcontracting programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements.
  • Take ownership of complex subcontract issues and work to resolve them for long-term operational success.
  • Manage internal approvals effectively.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional contracts certification, such as NCMA or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with export compliance and regulations, including EAR/ITAR, GDPR, and DEFCON.
  • Willingness to learn the laws and procurement regulations of the United Kingdom, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, and Australia.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
