Requirements

  • University degree in English, Communications, Computing Science/Engineering, Information/System or related fields or equivalent technical apprenticeship (Engineering, computing and/or science related)
Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of agreed targets and objectives with Team Leaders and Managers across Customer Service, New Accounts and AML/Trade Surveillance
  • Where issues are identified, work with the operating managers to ensure resolution of material issues
  • Coach Team Leads and Managers on a one-to-one basis as well as teams on how to achieve success
  • Lead by example - the position is very much a hands-on position
