- 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation planning and execution functions
- MSc University Degree in Business Management or Information Technology, or a BA in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Good background in Supply Chain concepts, especially in Logistics or Execution arena
- Ability to learn new application
- Self-direction with ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
- Work well in a team environment and have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Open to travel 75% on average and 100% occasionally and also can work effectively when working remotely from the client
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Technical skills such as SQL, R, Java Script, Python, etc
- Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as BlueYonder, OTM, E2open, Alpega etc
- Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions
- Support Solution Architect in providing creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices
- Create first version of solution designs, specify interfaces, and configure software functionality
- Learn our software and perform solution configuration as per the design
- Document software functions and configuration
- Unit test respective components and document test results
- Document the configuration
- Organize solution integration testing, acceptance testing, and user training
- Perform training of customer end users on the configured solution
- Ensure that the customer is obtaining the business benefits as captured in the business case
- Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback
- Support data management and data integration related activities
- Provide go-live and after-care support, and hand over to Customer success
- Guide and mentor junior consultants on the project team during project
- Any other reasonable project related tasks as assigned by the Architect or the Project Manager
