Requirements
  • 2–5+ years in a customer-facing role, including 1–3+ years in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering position.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience leading technical discovery, running proof-of-concepts, or managing technical validation events.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tailor presentations and demonstrations for diverse audiences (from C-level executives to technical teams) and to tell compelling customer success stories
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively, with a genuine passion for making both customers and colleagues successful
  • Natural problem-solver who is resourceful in driving opportunities to closure by leveraging cross-functional support
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, sales processes, and sales development methodologies; experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Chef, Ansible) is a plus

  • Must have one or more of the following:
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery concepts, processes, and terminology.
  • Knowledge of IT operations, incident management, or change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud migrations (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and release processes, including CI/CD best practices.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and programmatic solution design.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and an understanding of how they can enhance enterprise change management, workflow orchestration, or operational resilience
Responsibilities
  • Driving the discovery process by uncovering customer business objectives and challenges in collaboration with our Sales teams
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their existing processes and tools, then designing tailored solutions using Cutover
  • Delivering impactful product demonstrations that showcase value propositions and excite clients about how Cutover can help them exceed their goals
  • Translating client use cases into effective technical solutions within the Cutover application and demonstrating clear paths to ROI
  • Partnering with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on complex enterprise deals
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy and differentiation in competitive deals
  • Own technical validation activities (POCs, pilots, evaluations), ensuring client confidence and successful outcomes
  • Managing technical validation events to successful outcomes, ensuring client confidence in the Cutover platform
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor by sharing insights and best practices gained from helping customers improve their technology change processes
  • Collaborating with Client Success partners to ensure ongoing customer success, utilization, and platform adoption
  • Influencing product strategy by partnering with Product Management to share field insights, including successes and identified product gaps
