Join our Product team

We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer within the product group. This role entails building clear and intentional user experiences for our rapidly growing Cloud Security SaaS platform, with an emphasis on extending and maintaining Design Systems. In this role, you will lead the design, development, documentation, and adoption of our Design System. You will evangelize and support the implementation of the Design System components in our products to drive exceptional user experience for our customers.

What You Will Accomplish

• Take ownership over the design system process to be used across the platform, while collaborating with and educating other members of the design team.
• Lead the platform team in design and development of UI components, style and language guidelines for company-wide use
• Publish and maintain a documentation site for Design System users
• Manage the backlog and roadmap of library features and deliver Design System releases
• Identify high-impact tools and technologies for the UX Design System
• Foster a community with open channels of communication to actively seek feedback and improve iteratively
• Proactively work across UX design teams and software development teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and senior leadership team to build a world class user experience and communicate our user experience vision.
• Help shape team culture and inspire other designers to do their best work.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful User experience projects in a SaaS context. Experience with B2B products, particularly cloud or security products, is a bonus.

What You Will Bring

• 5+  years of product design and/or user research experience. 
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Able to provide a demonstrable portfolio of design work executed by yourself or a team you were part of.
• Experience with a variety of user experience design and research tools and software (eg, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Storybook, Balsamiq etc).
• Proficiency in communicating through compelling storytelling and data driven proof points to influence product user experience strategy within the larger organization.
