Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, industrial relations, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Collaborative leadership, initiative, and a strong results orientation.
  • Strong critical-thinking ability and curiosity about innovative human-resources practices.
  • The ability to analyze and synthesize information and communicate ideas clearly, engagingly, and in a way that mobilizes others.
Responsibilities
  • Design programs and tools that support performance, employee engagement, career development, and succession.
  • Design corporate initiatives that develop competencies aligned with CAA-Québec's 2032 vision and establish the competency profile as a central organizational lever.
  • Contribute to the evolution of succession-planning, contribution-assessment, talent-development, and leadership-development processes through tools and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with human-resources partners to support a sustainable performance culture and promote organizational best practices.
  • Use human-resources data to anticipate needs, identify competency gaps, and propose innovative solutions that improve the employee experience.
  • Monitor emerging trends and recommend innovative approaches to advance organizational-development practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in people and organizations development.
  • Membership in the CRHA professional order.
