About the team
Our Host Success team is expanding to keep up with the demand for cars in the Turo marketplace. We’re looking to further accelerate our growth by helping our hosts build a successful business on Turo.
You’ll be responsible for leading a team tasked with prioritizing and executing the optimization of supply quality and quantity to meet demand. As one of the key leaders of the Host Success Management team, you’ll help us develop and test different channels and types of messaging to drive more engagement, foster host trust and improve their operations. As we find approaches that resonate, you’ll drive their execution and scale them out.

What you will do
- Lead a team of Host Success Managers. Raise the bar on the team’s performance by providing frequent feedback and training for each team member, in addition to standardizing playbooks and best practices across the team.
- Partner with Training/QA specialists to standardize processes and best practices and ensure adoption.
- Work on initiatives focused on achieving objectives as part of a larger strategy
- Monitor and proactively report on KPIs to the team and management. Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations on decisions.
- Analyze, improve, and create new workflows to make your team more efficient, meet targets, and deliver a great experience for hosts.
- Gather and synthesize product/experience feedback and relay findings to the relevant teams at Turo.
Your profile
- 3+ years sales/account management experience; preferably 1+ years sales/account management leadership experience
- Highly proficient with Salesforce and Excel. You should have detailed knowledge of Salesforce records, experience with workflow automation and business intelligence tools a plus.
- You are an empathetic person, able to put yourself in the shoes of your team and our hosts to understand their experience and perspective.
- Demonstration of leadership and ownership: you’ve led projects, provide mentorship to other team members, and have elevated the performance of the team by sharing your best practices.
- Hyper-organized: excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and taking ownership of your team’s success.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic startup environment; you’ll have guidance when you need it, but you’re also goal-oriented and can execute without close supervision.
- Strong desire to expand and acquire new skills.

The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $75,000-$91,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
