Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related field (software development, GIS, IT, architecture/AEC)
  • Experience with ArcGIS Pro; knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise, Online, Mobile
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of GIS data management practices
  • Understanding of Indoor GIS
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, information systems, IT, geography, computer science, or STEM related field
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Product Owners and Product Managers to establish software backlog needs, priorities, and define release themes
  • Author Scrum user stories that define new feature capabilities that guide the software development process
  • Demonstrate software capabilities at iteration and stakeholder review meetings, capturing feedback into product backlogs
  • Serve as point of contact to development team on acceptance criteria for features being developed
  • Contribute to user interface design for tools, features, and capabilities being developed in ArcGIS Pro
  • Author and execute test plans; build and manage testing dataset (N-path testing, acceptance testing, regression testing)
  • Create automated tests
  • Author user guide documentation
  • Serve as technical point of contact to practice team and solution engineers
  • Provide technical review of user guide documentation for accuracy, completeness, and usability
