Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Ensures the activities at the department are in line with the ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management System.
  • Inform the shift manager if unable to attend work, inform his/her manager if unable to contact the shift manager and inform the security if unable to reach his/her manager.
  • Follows, implements and ensures compliance with all the instructions, procedures and announcements published on health, safety, environment and security.
  • Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the IMS policy are achieved.
  • Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the 5S cleanliness and tidiness system in his/her areas of responsibility.
  • Responsible to go to the company infirmary immediately after suffering an occupational accident and to immediately submit all judicial reports received thereafter to the company infirmary.
  • Responsible to notify his/her direct manager about near-miss incidents, all accidents (including accidents causing financial losses) and nonconformances in the factory.
  • Ensure that the Tg/FWF/FVF/Ashing Test/Ultimate Tg tests/GKK tests/Viscosity tests received from the mold department or the finish department are performed and entered into the system.
  • Check the measurements critical for quality at his/her shift and ensure accurate measuring.
  • Inform the result of any nonconformance to the reported persons/departments.
  • Comply with occupational safety rules and use protective equipment properly.
  • Perform the quality controls of produced parts and blades and track the production process.
  • Perform his/her job in accordance with the applicable Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set forth by the management within the frame of the Company's Quality and Employee Health & Safety Policies.
  • Act in compliance with the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Principles and the TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System.
  • Fully perform the workflow organization specified by his/her direct manager and notify his/her direct manager in advance in the event of a problem.
  • The employee is obliged to perform the assigned tasks for which he/she received training and perform the checks and records.
  • Follows the directives of the team leader or the captain regarding distribution of duties or, in the absence of his/her direct manager, the directives of the deputy assigned by the shift manager.
  • Supports the other departments where deemed necessary by the shift manager.
  • Shall not abandon station without the approval of his/her manager.
  • Is authorized to individually stop production in case the customer specs are not complied with.
  • Is responsible for implementing the changes in assignment as specified by the his/her direct manager based on workload.

  • Not authorized to go outside the company without informing the quality engineer.
