  • Testimony experience at trials
  • B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 15 + years relevant experience.
  • CPA and/or MBA, plus ABV, CVA, ASA, CFA, CFE, CFF (one or more).
  • Working knowledge of Personal Computers and Microsoft Office Suite Software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Technical proficiency mastered to enable diagnoses of and solutions to all problems encountered on forensic and valuation services engagements.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of client’s business and functions as a business advisor.
  • Leads group business development activities.
  • Defines the scope of work to include a list of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Recognizes opportunities during ongoing projects to expand the Firm’s involvement.
  • Oversees the progress of work to ensure the accuracy of client deliverables and delivery of all work products within established timeframes and standards of quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and/or their attorneys/advisors.
  • Possesses creativity, objectivity, and alertness in problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Makes contingency plans.
  • Time Application.
  • Balances time spent inside and outside the Firm.
  • Builds client service teams.
  • Ensures the development of investors’ loyalty to the team.

  • Initiates, reviews, edits, and sends out invoices in a timely manner. Follows up in accordance with established procedures to ensure timely payment by client.
  • Coaches, mentors, and counsels Managers, Seniors, and Staff.
