Requirements
  • NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • DEA certification
  • ACLS/BLS
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in vascular surgery, cardiology, wound care, or other relevant specialty preferred
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • National Board Certification
Responsibilities
  • Full-time outpatient role
  • Provide outpatient consultations for new and established patients
  • Conduct annual evaluations utilizing ultrasound and cross-sectional imaging
  • Manage postoperative follow-up and chronic vascular disease care
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient wound assessment and wound care
  • Provide telephone triage and outpatient call management
  • Participate in collaborative care planning with the vascular team
  • Enhance patient access and continuity of care within a high-volume practice
