  • Four-year college degree
  • Experience in financial services, operational due diligence or the legal field (law clerk, legal assistant or a paralegal) would be a plus
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and analyzing proposed amendments to private markets fund agreements of the firm’s clients
  • Entering terms into and updating the firm’s proprietary database
  • Coordinating with internal teams (SPAR, Research, Legal)
  • Preparing client recommendation memos
  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of process improvements and technology solutions to optimize efficiency, with an emphasis on Legal & Compliance operations functions
