Responsibilities
  • Strategically lead production across programs within core Sales Enablement services
  • Develop and mature high impact programs
  • Work with Sales Trainer to design and deliver the annual sales training program
  • Manage enablement governance
  • Oversee service delivery using various technologies like LMS and CMS
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop and deliver an annual and quarterly curriculum for the sales force
  • Gather input on ways to improve enablement services, structure, and resources and implement changes to continuously improve
  • Measure leading and lagging indicators of enablement program impact and report on training attendance/completion in correlation to performance
Desired Qualifications
  • Sales management experience
  • Cybersecurity domain experience, knowledge/ experience in Threat Intelligence
  • Experience with developing and training a home grown sales methodology
