Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management, open-source intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with frameworks, processes, systems, and datasets used in intelligence analysis environments.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting impactful cyber and all-source threat intelligence analysis.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Proven technical and/or operational team leader with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience working with intelligence and/or LE/CI communities.
  • Proficiency with data collection and aggregation tools, analysis and enrichment platforms, visualization and reporting tools, integration and automation platforms, specialized threat detection tools.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for intelligence analysis, security assessments, and investigative support.
  • Monitor and evaluate intelligence related to physical security, cyber threats, and operational risks, informing leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct all-source intelligence research, analysis, and reporting to support security assessments, investigations, and situational awareness of threats.
  • Gather, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence related to events, threat actors, and security concerns affecting the stakeholder community.
  • Produce intelligence assessments leveraging open-source, commercial, and government data and systems.
  • Conduct trend analysis to support mitigation strategies, crisis response, and operational decision-making.
  • Engage and collaborate with partners across the cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, Law Enforcement, Intelligence, and Counterintelligence communities to enhance situational awareness and security coordination.
  • Produce high-quality whitepapers, presentations, briefings, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, directives, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the contract team, organizational leadership, and external partners.
  • Track team performance, providing feedback and adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Align intelligence analysis operations with contract requirements and evolving security needs.
  • Oversee contract deliverables, ensuring all intelligence products meet client requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
