We’re seeking a strong and versatile business marketing expert to lead our marketing strategy for the healthcare industry, including provider brand, product marketing and demand generation for the healthcare industry. You have experience working closely with product, sales, and support teams to effectively launch new features, lead campaigns, and generate inbound interest and pipeline. You also have a knack for using messaging, positioning, storytelling, and content to increase the performance of marketing programs. You use data in your day-to-day to measure, learn and improve.
You’ll work together with our sales and service teams, helping drive revenue and partner with the product team, setting the go-to-market strategy, and identifying growth opportunities. As an upbeat champion for the customer and their desires, needs, and challenges, you’ll be building a nationwide network of healthcare providers and making healthcare more accessible, convenient, and transparent for consumers.
You can expect to:
- Have a seat at the table to influence business strategy.
- Work across the product, sales, and support teams to craft marketing programs that generate sales interest, product adoption, and revenue.
- Manage lead generation efforts and partner with sales to improve pipeline conversion rates.
- Manage and scale our provider marketing team, set strategy, and priorities
- Ensure quality and timely demand generation execution across all internal & external marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: events, email, SEM, SEO, website, paid & organic social, webinars, paid digital, and traditional advertising tactics.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and research to improve marketing communication and product development.
- Define product positioning through brand leadership with various segments of customers that in turn shapes the marketing message and sales pitch.
- Quickly launch, test, and iterate on marketing campaigns and use data to maximize performance.
You’d be great for this role if you have:
- 8+ years of professional marketing experience, with a specific focus on B2B product marketing and demand generation.
- Proven track record of developing, executing, and scaling high-impact, multi-channel go-to-market programs for B2B software
- Experience thinking strategically about messaging, positioning, and communicating benefits through storytelling
- Ability to translate market research and data into effective marketing campaigns.
