Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience as defined below OR a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience as defined below
  • Related experience includes relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, data, and/or other relevant experience in aerospace and defense
  • Prior experience in Project or Program Management with knowledge in cost, budgets, risks, opportunities, and schedules
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the needs of the business
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the needs of the business
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Preferred)
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance last investigated within 6 years or enrolled in continuous evaluation (Preferred)
  • Active Special Access Program (SAP) (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Sets vision and provides assignments for IEOM/ASBU Data Science and Analytics team within Agile framework – acts as their Product Manager
  • Builds implementation plans to successfully achieve targeted milestones for ASBU and IEOM
  • Leads cross sector/division collaboration in support of ASBU initiatives
  • Design visualization and systems for consumption of analytical results and transform raw data into actionable information
  • Identify, communicate, and quantify opportunities for leveraging analytics solutions and apply data analytics
  • Act as a liaison with decision makers by providing data-informed strategic direction, and as a liaison with subject matter experts to obtain data sets and set expectations for potential of data analytics
  • Optimize the organization's data collection, management, and utilization strategy
  • Communicate the potential impact of analyses and applicable data privacy policies, procedures, and regulation
