  • 10+ years experience managing sales managers & leading sales efforts at a Software/SaaS organization
  • Strong experience building, mentoring, and coaching sales leadership & teams
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale complex enterprise-sized sales cycles
  • Sales management skills including planning, negotiating, forecasting, organizing for results, hiring, leading, and evaluating people
  • Superior interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives to align on sales strategies & objectives
  • Drive and manage sales teams in the field
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-sized/F100 key client prospects, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to Sales Managers and their teams to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyze data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Monitor and report on sales team performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to senior management
