Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in operational processes, logistics, and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) is a plus.
  • Strong writing and structuring skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps.
  • Support the creation of clear, high-quality documentation aligned with operational needs.
  • Help maintain version control and organize documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts, training teams, support functions, and frontline staff to ensure processes are accurate.
  • Participate in process improvement workshops and business process mapping initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from stations, SMEs, and other teams.
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
