Grow sales with a points-based reward card | Suki cards.

Grow sales with a points-based reward card | Suki cards. The evolution of the "Suki" Tradition. In the Philippines, "Suki" isn't just a word; it's a relationship. In Australia, it's about "Everyday Value." While the cultural labels differ, the goal is the same: rewarding repeat behavior. A digital points-based reward card modernizes this by ensuring the card is always accessible via Apple Wallet and Google Pay. 3 ways to configure your reward mechanics. The power of Suki.cards lies in its flexibility. You aren't locked into one system. Depending on your margins, you can choose from three primary reward types: Strategic earning rules. To create a "sticky" loyalty loop, your earning rules must be clear and rewarding. * Tiered Rewards: Encourage customers to save points. A customer might spend 10 points on a drink now or save 50 points for a $10 voucher later. * Urgency Tactics: Implement point expiry rules (e.g., 90 days of inactivity). This creates a "use it or lose it" psychological trigger that drives repeat visits. Operational simplicity: from Scanner to POS. You don't need expensive hardware to run a world-class loyalty program. Suki.cards offers two paths for operations: * The PWA Scanner: Staff can manually add points using any smartphone, tablet, or PC. It's a "scan-and-go" system that takes seconds. * Automated Integrations: For higher-volume businesses, Suki.cards integrates seamlessly with Square, Shopify, and Lightspeed - or even via Zapier - to automate point assignment at the moment of sale. Automating your online reputation. A points-based reward card does more than generate sales; it builds your digital footprint. Suki.cards includes an automated feedback loop: * The 1-Hour Rule: One hour after a transaction, the system prompts the customer to rate their experience. * Review Filtering: If a customer leaves a 4 or 5-star rating, the system automatically encourages them to post that review on Google Maps, Facebook, or Yelp. * The Result: A constant stream of positive, public social proof that helps you dominate local search results in your city. Tracking success with real-time analytics. Stop guessing what works. The Suki.cards dashboard provides deep insights into your ROI: * Average Order Value (AOV): See exactly how much more loyalty members spend compared to guest customers. * Demographic Breakdowns: Understand who your top 10% of customers are. * Win-Back Campaigns: Identify customers who haven't visited in 30 days and trigger a targeted "We Miss You" offer to bring them back. Ready to Launch? You can move from a paper system to a fully customized digital program in just 15 minutes using its ready-made templates.

Lightspeed and Faire launch Lightspeed Wholesale integration to power brand discovery and smarter buying français.

Lightspeed and Faire launch Lightspeed Wholesale integration to power brand discovery and smarter buying français. Mar 31, 2026, 08:00 ET Retailers gain seamless access to over 100,000 Faire brands directly within Lightspeed Retail, extending Lightspeed's multi-brand marketplace ecosystem MONTREAL, March 31, 2026 /CNW/ - Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (NYSE: LSPD) (TSX: LSPD) ("Lightspeed" or the "Company"), the unified omnichannel platform powering ambitious retail, golf and hospitality businesses in over 100 countries, today announced the launch of a new integration with Faire, a B2B wholesale marketplace. The integration expands the Lightspeed Wholesale feature set, giving retailers access to more than 100,000 additional Faire brands that will integrate directly within Lightspeed Retail, further strengthening its comprehensive wholesale buying ecosystem for modern retailers and reinforcing that Lightspeed is the POS with wholesale built right in. Independent retailers face increasing operational burden as they work to differentiate product assortment while managing tight margins and more complex operations. Traditionally, sourcing new products requires navigating multiple wholesale channels, re-entering product data manually, and reconciling inventory across disconnected systems. By seamlessly importing and syncing Faire's orders within Lightspeed, Lightspeed further connects product discovery and ordering with in-store operations in a single, unified workflow, reducing friction from purchase to point of sale. "With this integration, retailers can discover new brands and get those products onto their shelves without adding operational complexity," said Dax Dasilva, Founder and CEO at Lightspeed. "Together with NuORDER by Lightspeed, we're giving merchants access to both established global brands and emerging independent brands within one unified platform, helping them diversify their assortment and operate more efficiently." The integration allows retailers to link their existing Faire account directly within Lightspeed Retail. Once connected, merchants can place orders through Faire, with product information including images, descriptions, variants, and cost data, automatically syncing into Lightspeed Retail. Retailers can choose to import selected products or automatically create inventory items when orders are placed, accelerating the path from delivery to merchandising and sale while minimizing manual data entry and errors. "We're excited to partner with Lightspeed to make wholesale a more seamless part of how retailers run their business," said Sanjay Raman, Chief Product Officer at Faire. "By connecting Faire directly into Lightspeed Retail, retailers can move from discovery to shelf faster, without the manual work that typically slows them down." This integration is now available to eligible Lightspeed Retail merchants. To learn more, visit lightspeedhq.com/integrations/faire. Best POS System for Retail Businesses (2026): Lightspeed recognized for all-in-one retail POS by Better Business Advice.

Best POS System for Retail Businesses (2026): Lightspeed recognized for all-in-one retail POS by Better Business Advice. PR Newswire NEW YORK, March 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Retail businesses are increasingly relying on integrated technology to manage sales, inventory, and customer data within a single system. An article published by Better Business Advice highlights Lightspeed as a retail point of sale platform recognized for combining multiple retail management functions in one cloud based solution. The recognition reflects the continued shift toward POS technology that helps retailers manage operations across both physical and digital sales channels. Best POS System for Retail Businesses * Lightspeed - A cloud based POS platform and connected ecosystem that integrates sales, payment processing, wholesale purchasing, advanced inventory management, ecommerce synchronization, reporting, and retail insights to support modern retail operations at scale Point of sale systems have evolved from simple checkout tools into platforms that connect multiple aspects of retail operations. Modern POS systems often support inventory tracking, reporting, supplier coordination, and ecommerce activity alongside transaction processing. As retail operations grow more complex, many businesses evaluate POS platforms that provide centralized visibility into store activity, inventory levels, and sales performance. Built for Retail Store Management Lightspeed offers a cloud based POS platform built for retail businesses, combining sales processing, inventory management, reporting, and support for multiple sales channels, including ecommerce, within a single centralized system. Because the platform is cloud based, retailers can access store data from any internet connected device. Business owners and managers can review sales performance, monitor inventory levels, and access customer information remotely. Automated updates and synchronized data help reduce manual work, limit errors that can lead to missed sales opportunities, and bring previously disconnected processes into a centralized hub for retail operations across all channels. Lightspeed also supports retailers managing large product catalogs. Businesses can organize items with attributes such as size, color, or style, which is common in industries like apparel, footwear, and specialty retail. The platform is designed with multi location retailers in mind, offering workflows that can scale as businesses expand operations across stores and sales channels. The system also supports retailers operating multiple locations. Inventory, pricing, and sales reporting can be managed through one dashboard, allowing businesses to monitor performance across stores.
