Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Full-time or internship experience in market research or recruitment, including successfully managing projects.
  • Superior oral, written, and presentation communication abilities in a business-focused setting using telephone, email, in-person, and other communication channels.
  • Experience with different cultures, either domestically or while studying or working abroad.
  • Effective relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong multitasking and priority-management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Execute recruitment projects for interviews, focus groups, and surveys based on client-team requests.
  • Conduct online research to identify potential experts and participants for research panels.
  • Perform initial outreach to potential panelists through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Communicate and interact with panel experts in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with consultants, management, operations colleagues, and other internal and external teams.
  • Maintain databases containing recruitment outreach and fieldwork information.
  • Update and report on recruitment-project status.
  • Participate in updating and maintaining the team's customer relationship management platform.
  • Assess project feasibility and timelines by evaluating constraints, resources, risks, and completion estimates.
  • Recruit participants by defining criteria, sourcing and screening candidates, qualifying them, and managing participation.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships with foreign-language moderators and recruiters for global research.
  • Review internal databases, LinkedIn, and industry forums to identify potential participants.
  • Explain studies and participation benefits to potential participants by email or phone.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess participant suitability against predefined criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and focus-group sessions and coordinate logistics.
  • Prepare recruitment progress reports for internal review and research-team updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to participant incentives.
  • Recruit, review, screen, qualify, and schedule participants for focus groups and in-depth interviews.
  • Onboard participants to the online meeting platforms used for projects.
  • Ensure participants have the information needed before consultations and are ready for engagements.
  • Support client teams at the beginning of engagements to ensure a smooth start of in-depth interviews and focus groups.
  • Process participant incentive payments and upload them in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter for recruiting.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com for project management.
  • Familiarity with Decipher for programming online screeners.
  • Familiarity with Outlook for email communication and calendar management.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets for creating and maintaining project reports.
