Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
  • Strong understanding of EMEA labor laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with leadership and influence decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and change management
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency in the EMEA, LATAM, APAC region is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and LATAM leadership to understand business goals and challenges
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR matters including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management
  • Identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and development needs within the regions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Implement effective performance management processes and provide coaching to managers
  • Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws, oversee HR operations, and support organizational change initiatives
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for talent-related decisions
