Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in lead or people management roles is preferred.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures
  • Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
  • Must be physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting team across multiple activities – bucking, machine trimming, grading, sifting, grinding, hand trim, and vault inventory
  • Escalating quality issues to Processing Supervisor
  • Upkeeping daily performance log, monitoring team KPIs and adhering to time metrics
  • Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.
  • Monitoring Dry Rooms, Vault/Cure Room, and Trim space for appropriate temperature and humidity
  • Entering harvest data into state compliance system METRC and production planner
  • Completing weekly vault inventory
  • Verifying the weighing and logging of material
  • Preparing samples to be sent for laboratory testing
  • Maintaining a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing workstations.
