What you’ll do...

Are you an adaptable problem solver with strong strategic and analytic skills looking to learn and deliver in an Health and Wellness? If so, this is your opportunity to bring your curiosity and drive into the workplace as a 2023 Health and Wellness Digital Transformation Intern! We are looking for bold, innovative, and passionate interns to work with our diverse team.

During the 10-week internship, participants will: 

• Apply data analytic skills to improve operations at Walmart Health & Wellness. 
• Investigate the problem, create new metrics, and generate actionable reports that lead to sustainable outcomes. 
• Topics could include adherence, pharmacy or vision center workflow, primary care referrals, or value-based care.

Skills that are preferred:

Data analysis, including SQL, R or Python; Data visualization, including PowerBI;

Interest in healthcare operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Students pursuing a BS/MS in Health informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics
• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2023 and May 2024
