Requirements
  • Strong foundational expertise, from a BS, MS, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years experience demonstrating an established track record in Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
  • Strong software engineering and debugging skills, including experience with Python, C/C++, and Linux.
  • Experience with GPUs as well as expertise in using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Demonstrated experience building and customizing generative AI pipelines showing proficiency in TTS, ASR, avatar animation, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks.
  • Demonstrated DevOps experience including deployment with Kubernetes across cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Clear written and oral communications skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives and engineering teams.
  • Ability to learn fast and quickly adapt to change.
Responsibilities
  • Developing end-to-end Machine Learning & Deep Learning solutions that enable Enterprise use cases.
  • Working with customers to successfully adopt NVIDIA AI SDKs and APIs by providing deep technical product expertise.
  • Building digital human workflows, including video and audio streaming, speech processing, avatar customization, LLMs, AI agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and keeping up to date with the latest Generative AI innovations.
  • Contributing to the wider organization and community by sharing expert knowledge, building hands-on training, writing papers, developer blogs, and teaching.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrate expertise and hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI software (Tokkio, ACE, Riva, Audio2Face, Nvidia Blueprints, Nemo, Guardrails, and NIM).
  • Experience with third-party digital human solutions such as Unreal Engine and ElevenLabs.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Leadership experience working with customers and managing large projects with multiple collaborators.
  • Show willingness and agility to dig into unfamiliar territories to solve complex problems relying on experience from previous work.
