About the Role

Lyric is hiring an Implementation Solution Architect (Director Level) to lead the design and delivery of high-impact customer solutions on our AI-native supply chain platform. This is a senior, customer-facing role accountable for translating real-world supply chain challenges into scalable, high-value solutions built on Lyric’s composable platform.

You will partner closely with customers, Customer Success Business Partners (Account Managers), and Product and Engineering teams to bring the best of Lyric’s capabilities to life—whether by building simulation models, improving planning workflows, or embedding predictive intelligence. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in one of three areas: modeling and scenario analysis, operational planning and execution, or AI/ML-based prediction use cases.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement and Solution Leadership

• Serve as the lead architect on strategic customer implementations from discovery to go-live
  

• Design end-to-end solutions tailored to customer objectives, leveraging Lyric’s platform capabilities
  

• Lead value-driven discovery sessions and technical design workshops
  

• Build strong, consultative relationships with business and IT stakeholders
  

• Partner cross-functionally with internal delivery, product, and data teams to ensure solution alignment
  

Platform Architecture and Technical Design

• Translate business requirements into integrated solutions using Lyric’s modeling, orchestration, and data science components
  

• Architect modular workflows that balance reusability, flexibility, and performance
  

• Provide hands-on leadership in the design of data pipelines, optimization logic, user interfaces, and KPI frameworks
  

• Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Lyric’s delivery standards
  

Domain Expertise in One of Three Areas

Candidates should have strong working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

• Modeling and Analysis
  Modeling, optimization and simulation of supply chain networks, inventory strategies, transportation flows, and sourcing policies. You’ll use Lyric’s modeling and analysis environment to deliver scenario planning capabilities that support strategic decisions like capacity expansion, network redesign, and production frequency planning.
  

• Planning and Execution
  Operational and tactical workflows such as demand forecasting, supply and replenishment planning, fulfillment optimization, and S&OP. You’ll help customers embed science into their planning logic and design end-to-end flows that balance service, cost, and inventory risk.
  

• Frontier Use Cases (AI and Machine Learning)
  Machine learning–driven forecasting, classification, and decision models. You’ll work alongside technical teams to deliver predictive capabilities such as dynamic demand prediction, anomaly detection, or customer segmentation, and ensure they’re operationalized into real planning workflows.
  

Team Development and Internal Collaboration

• Mentor teams and provide architectural guidance across the delivery team
  

• Contribute to reusable design patterns, accelerators, and best practices
  

• Actively share learnings with Customer Success Business Partners to drive cohesive account strategies
  

• Provide feedback loops into Platform, Content, Sales and Engineering based on delivery experience

About You

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, technology consulting, or SaaS solution delivery
  

• Deep fluency in at least one of the following: simulation modeling, planning and execution, or AI/ML use cases
  

• Track record of leading end-to-end architecture and implementation for complex enterprise systems
  

• Familiarity with legacy systems / tools and ability to position Lyric as a modern alternative
  

• Exceptional communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
  

• Experience managing delivery scope, aligning roadmaps, and influencing customer strategy
