Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Experience working in Amazon Vendor Central is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in vendor or account management working with Amazon systems, or related experience, is required.
  • Experience with Amazon Transparency and brand management is required.
  • Experience in ecommerce catalog or content operations, or related vendor support, is required.
  • Experience analyzing data and strong Excel skills are required.
  • Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high operational standards are required.
  • The candidate must be able to independently make sound, high-level decisions quickly.
  • The candidate must be able to quickly digest and analyze large amounts of information, including changes in Amazon systems, and translate them into clear next steps.
  • The candidate must have professional written and verbal communication skills and experience working with diverse, cross-functional team members.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and rapidly adapting to change and ambiguity is required.
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old, willing to take a drug test and background check, and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of products and presence on Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Audit Amazon catalog products to verify UPCs, model numbers, and key product details.
  • Correct and maintain product data, including UPCs, battery information, and specifications, while minimizing risk to active listings and sales continuity.
  • Optimize product content and brand pages and implement A+ content.
  • Work with stakeholders to support digital merchandising and operational performance.
  • Respond to Amazon requests related to catalog and product information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support account health and actions that maintain strong operational performance.
  • Review and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations on content performance, catalog hygiene, and operational trends.
  • Stay current on Vendor Central updates and help develop lightweight processes and playbooks to use tools effectively.
  • Grow to manage the Amazon Transparency program.
  • Work with Amazon's Transparency Team to enter disputes, protect ASINs, and support the sale of authorized products.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building A+ content, brand stores, or managing Product Detail Page optimization.
  • Familiarity with catalog taxonomy, variation setups, and common Vendor Central data issues, including GTIN/UPC mismatches and attribute conflicts.
  • Comfort with basic image and content specifications and coordinating creative or copy updates through briefs, review cycles, and version control.
  • Experience with performance reporting, including traffic, conversion, and content health metrics, and turning findings into actions.
  • Experience partnering with retail or ecommerce stakeholders across internal teams and external platforms.
