  • Change management activities and documentation
  • Supports the design and delivery of user training materials
  • Document the tasks that span the end-to-end S&OP process and how Sales Forecasting, S&OP and S&OE interconnect
  • Facilitate workshops for BRs and data flows data gathering
  • Manage stakeholders, expectations and facilitate change management
  • Deliver the Sales Forecasting and Budgeting tool requirements documentation (to-be), gap analysis and business impact assessment at all the organisational levels
