  • Assist in the composition and ongoing maintenance of the Fraud & Security strategic initiative portfolio, in partnership with Product Owners and Program Managers, ensuring information and data is accurate and up to date
  • Facilitate monthly portfolio review with key Fraud & Security stakeholders
  • Manage and communicate portfolio changes to appropriate levels of leadership in Fraud & Security
  • Maintain knowledge of agile tools and methodologies, engage with the IT Value Management Office to maintain alignment with best practices, and serve as Agile Champion for the Fraud & Security Organization
  • Assist in the creation of clear and easy to understand material for Executive level audiences, including C-Suite and Board of Directors, demonstrating performance and progress against strategic priorities and key risk and performance indicators
  • Coordinate data collection, material preparation and facilitation of monthly Fraud & Security Operational Review Forum, focused on measuring and monitoring key operational performance targets across multiple Fraud & Security teams. Work with operational metric owners to continually evaluate KPIs for enhancement opportunities
  • Assist Fraud & Security business partners in the creation of business and value cases supporting strategic initiatives including technology, process and/or operating model optimization
  • Assist in the ongoing monitoring and reporting of key results against defined strategic objectives defined for the Fraud & Security organization
  • Provide support, as needed, to business partners on procurement and invoice processes, including purchase order creation and maintenance, invoice processing and billing inquiries
  • Support ad-hoc projects, stretch assignments, data analysis and reporting as assigned
