  • 5+ years of experience in GTM planning, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of new incentive programs, rules/policies, and processes.
  • Manage the incentive compensation management tool requirements (xactly) for designing and managing incentive programs.
  • Develop and implement calendar for distribution of the compensation plan, statements, results, and analytics/insights.
  • Assist sales incentive VP in forecasting and modeling potential compensation plan design changes.
  • Maintain detailed listing and documentation of all plans.
  • Define and develop reports and analyze performance and attainment data to assess incentive program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain incentive program models and simulations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with incentive program policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for incentive program improvements.
  • Address all incentive questions, issues and disputes, and collaborate with VP & SVP on resolutions.
