Job Description:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting and measurement data.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of systems
- Document test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers. Including pipeline design.
- Conduct impact analysis and assess feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with both manual and automated testing processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
