Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field or related experience
  • 5+ years of direct functional and technical experience, leading full-life cycle implementations
  • Exceptional understanding of D365 F&SCM / Manufacturing architecture and supporting functional modules
  • 5+ years of experience with .Net/X++, AX 2009 / 2012 and D365 F&SCM Manufacturing
  • Understanding of Integration Architecture and Data Architecture
  • Experience with Power Platform
  • Demonstrated leadership role on enterprise-level projects
  • Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and hands-on implementation
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis
  • Working knowledge of ISV solutions
  • Background in the corporate business aspect of the manufacturing industry
  • Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-320, etc.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Effective communication in both spoken and written English
Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM / Manufacturing projects
  • Create & deliver solution blueprint in accordant with Stoneridge Methodologies and Microsoft best practices
  • Collaborate with project management for scoping, analysis, and estimations
  • Provide project and team leadership, drive organizational adoption of new processes
  • Perform Solution Architect role in D365 F&SCM implementation analysis phase
  • Conduct user training, assist with user acceptance testing, and post-live support
  • Monitor D365 releases, Microsoft updates, and industry trends
  • Assist in pre-sales activities and relationship management with vendors
  • Track task status through Azure DevOps and handle team/client matters
  • Adhere to implementation methodology and contribute to methodology improvements
