- Demonstrated experience designing websites, product UIs, and modern digital interfaces (print-only portfolios will not be considered)
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to deliver production-ready assets across responsive web and digital product
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, visual standards, and scalable guidelines
- Ability to extend and apply brand identity into digital experiences; experience with logo refinement, style guides, or brand assets is a plus
- Proven track record working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Comfort with A/B testing, CRO, or user testing to inform design decisions
- Ability to lead major initiatives (website redesigns, dashboard refresh) while staying deep in the design tools
- Lead the design of our website, logged-in dashboard, and product surfaces, delivering a premium and intuitive UI
- Personally produce high-quality, modern UI across websites, product flows, CRO test variants, campaigns, and benefit launches
- Lead the redesign of the FoundersCard website — the flagship touchpoint for our brand
- Define and maintain scalable components, style guides, and visual standards that support product and marketing
- Support the development of our visual identity and ensure consistency across digital experiences, campaigns, and collateral
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure execution is high quality and aligned with brand standards
- Prototype and pressure-test design concepts with members to gather insights and improve outcomes
- Elevate UI standards and advocate for premium, aspirational design across the company
- Experience with logo refinement, style guides, or brand assets is a plus
