Requirements
  • Professional or personal experiences with fertility care, family-forming services, or health care in Southeast Asia including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore or the Philippines.
  • Fluent (written and verbal) Vietnamese and Mandarin is a must.
  • Efficient and effective research skills
  • Ability to focus and deliver on problem-solving

  • Demonstrated process-driven expertise
  • Ability to manage ambiguity within a health field

Responsibilities
  • Work internally with Global Operations on research for local complexities to support Carrot’s global knowledge base, multinational employer customer needs, and member inquiries managed by the Care Navigation team such as internally helping cases related to complex cross border reproductive care pathways.
  • Utilize the language skills to conduct research and audit Carrot’s global knowledge base and other internal databases.
  • Provide analysis, recommendations and then be able to drive a project through to completion in order to achieve objectives for the local region.

The platform is accessible through a network of over 10,000 providers in more than 130 countries, ensuring inclusivity for individuals of all backgrounds.
