  • Understanding of our go-to-market strategy and how emphasize specific verticals, solutions, regions, partners, internal relationships, and external partners to drive territory success
  • Ability to adhere to strategic initiatives, both short term and long term, to drive a unified approach across the US Team and beyond
  • Revenue Attainment
  • Understanding that APSG is a sales organization, and that revenue attainment is an important component of the overall business health
  • Ability to attain short-term success while planning for long-term health and growth within the region
  • Hard-working individual who works well in both team and entrepreneurial environments
  • Eight to ten years sales experience in the Commercial and Professional Audio industry
  • Strong existing relationships with industry partners and targets in the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, both internal and external
  • Average 3-4 days per week travel within the region
  • Microsoft Office and CRM platform experience
