  • BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ overall years of software development and 4+ years of management experience
  • Strong organizational skills to manage numerous ongoing projects and drive software development with a large team of globally distributed engineers
  • Strong leader and great communicator, with the skills, experience, and maturity to lead the Hypervisor and RTOS team and interact directly with program managers, other engineering teams, and customers
  • Extensive experience in mentoring and nurturing engineering staff
  • Strong background in Embedded Software development
Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen a team of highly skilled engineers
  • Drive development of Hypervisor technology for next generation automotive and other embedded applications
  • Apply and invent processes to ensure high software quality and reliable schedules
  • Directly collaborate with other groups to align technology development with NVIDIA goals
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous Agile experience, especially with distributed teams and projects
  • Experience with industrial quality, safety and security standards: SPICE, ISO26262, Common Criteria
  • Experience with Hypervisor and OS kernel or device driver development for ARM CPUs and SoC
