Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the origination and execution of debt and equity financing transactions, including primary capital raises, refinancings, mergers and acquisition financing, and financing transactions related to asset sales, restructurings, and divestitures, while working closely with senior leadership, clients, and investors.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients across private and public debt and equity markets, assisting with evaluating and structuring customized financing solutions that align with clients’ specific needs and market conditions.
  • Analyzing and assessing various capital structures, credit documents, and indentures.
  • Constructing and negotiating complex financial models, term sheets, and deal structures, leveraging in-depth knowledge of debt products (e.g., senior loans, mezzanine debt, unitranche debt, etc.).
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and advisors, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of complex and time-sensitive capital raise processes.
  • Assuming responsibility for answering investor questions, facilitating ongoing investor relationships, and preparing regular market updates to keep stakeholders informed on capital markets trends, opportunities, and developments.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, including providing guidance on and leading the development of financial models, credit analysis, and client presentations.
