REEF provides a solution for businesses that want to offer food services without needing their own kitchen. They primarily serve breweries, bars, hotels, and residential complexes by partnering with local restaurants to create customized food menus. This allows venues to enhance their customer experience by offering food options without the overhead of running a kitchen. REEF handles the logistics of food delivery from the restaurant to the venue, taking a commission on each order placed through their platform. Unlike competitors, REEF focuses on creating tailored food offerings for each client, making it easier for businesses to provide additional amenities. The goal of REEF is to improve customer satisfaction and retention in the hospitality and residential sectors by enabling venues to serve food seamlessly.
