Requirements
  • 1-2+ years experience selling/closing B2B SaaS, preferably to information technology decision makers
  • A consistent track record of prospecting, closing and exceeding quota
  • Familiarity with MEDDPPICC and Command of the Sale a plus
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly
  • Competitive nature, resourceful and a self starter
  • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels
  • Ability to travel

  • Salary:
  • Salary Range: $126,000 - $140,000 OTE
  • This salary range represents BetterCloud's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and BetterCloud may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in BetterCloud's sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee's work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of BetterCloud's business and other operational considerations
Responsibilities
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by winning new customers in the 150-500 employee size segment
  • Collaborate with an assigned SDR to prospect, set meetings, develop opportunities and win new customers in an assigned territory
  • Ability to prospect within greenfield accounts
  • Adopt the concept of Business Value Selling within the context of the Command of the Sale model
  • Collaborate with our Solution Engineers and Partner Managers to devise and execute winning account strategies
  • Become a SaaSOps Industry insider, and a BetterCloud product expert
  • Stay well educated and informed as to the BetterCloud market landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the SaaS Management market space
  • Be a go-getter that sets their sights above and beyond to blow out their established targets and quotas
