Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network architecture or cloud services, with a strong focus on cloud networking.
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting software development and production infrastructure
  • Relevant certifications in cloud networking or architecture (such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or similar).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Profound knowledge of AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Google Cloud Platform's native cloud networking capabilities.
  • Experience with multi-cloud networking and familiarity with solutions like Aviatrix or Alkira.
  • Strong foundation in network architecture principles and the ability to manage complex, multi-cloud environments.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Leverage AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor to track performance metrics, set alerts, and optimize network performance.
  • Use AWS CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs and Azure Activity Log plus flow logs for logging and auditing changes in the cloud environment.
  • Experience with Evaluating, Designing, Developing and Building PoC and Architect Infrastructure solutions
  • IP Networking – Spine and Leaf Architecture, Routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, Cisco, Arista (CCNP preferred), Load Balancers F5
  • Strong to advanced knowledge of AWS Network Architecture, Management of Security Groups & Subnet Management
  • Networking fundamentals to support Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Networks, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Public and Private cloud preferred
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline network management tasks, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual tasks.
  • Utilize APIs and orchestration tools to automate provisioning and configuration of network resources in both on-premises (co-locations) and cloud environments.
  • The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, motivated and able to work in a very fast paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Architect and deploy VPCs/VNets and other cloud-native networking and security constructs in AWS/Azure, ensuring optimal configurations for scalability and security.
  • Configure routing using advanced standards-based protocols like OSPF and BGP
  • Participate in the product vision for a multi-cloud networking backbone, ensuring the delivery of a standardized and secure landing zone for compute resources.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for cloud networking, driving automation and repeatability.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in multi-cloud networking and evaluate innovative solutions such as Aviatrix and Alkira for integration.
  • Participate in the development and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, providing clear direction and updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to advocate best practices in network design and operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their cloud networking needs and incorporate feedback into the product development cycle.
  • Create knowledge sharing presentations and documentation to help developers and operations teams understand and leverage the systems capabilities
  • Inspection and Resolution of Issues - Can effectively troubleshoot and handle cloud-related difficulties.
  • Participate in tier 3/4 weekly OnCall rotation.
  • Deploying and managing network infra using scripting languages like Ansible and terraform.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Aviatrix and Alkira for multi-cloud networking
  • Prior experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tooling
  • Cloud networking certifications (such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate)
  • CCNP or equivalent strong networking certification
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform networking services and architectures (VPCs, VNets, subnets, routing, security groups, firewall rules)
  • Experience with logging and auditing in cloud environments (CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs, Azure Activity Logs)
  • Experience with PoC design and proof of concept implementations
  • Experience with Spine-Leaf architecture and data center networking

CareCloud secures $50M credit facility and redeems Series B preferred stock

CareCloud, a healthcare technology and revenue cycle management provider, has secured a $50 million credit facility with Citizens Bank and Provident Bank. Citizens acted as lead arranger and administrative agent on the facility, which closed on 13 April. The company will redeem 100% of its outstanding 8.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock on 15 May, following a 30-day notice period. The redemption eliminates approximately $3.2 million in annual dividend obligations and replaces higher-cost preferred equity with lower-cost institutional debt. CareCloud generates approximately $30 million in annualised adjusted EBITDA. The transaction simplifies its capital structure and provides non-dilutive capital whilst lowering the cost of capital. All 1,511,372 outstanding preferred shares will be redeemed at the stated redemption price plus accumulated unpaid dividends.

Citizens Financial Group posts Q4 EPS of $1.13, plans $700M–$850M buybacks and targets $450M savings by 2028

Citizens Financial Group reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of $1.13, up 36% year-over-year, with net interest margin expanding seven basis points sequentially to 3.07%. Net interest income rose 3% quarter-over-quarter, driven by fixed-rate asset repricing and lower funding costs. The bank's private bank posted strong growth, ending the year with $14.5 billion in deposits and contributing $0.28 to full-year EPS. Wealth revenue increased 31% year-over-year to a record quarter, whilst capital markets delivered its third-best quarter ever. For 2026, Citizens guided to net interest income growth of 10–12%, non-interest income up 6–8%, and planned share buybacks of $700–850 million. The company launched its "Reimagine the Bank" initiative, targeting $450 million in run-rate benefits by end-2028.

Citizens Financial Group reported fourth quarter 2025 net income of $528 million, up 32% year-over-year, with earnings per share of $1.13, up 36%. The Providence, Rhode Island-based bank achieved positive operating leverage of 5% in Q4 and returned 80% of capital to shareholders for the full year. The company's Private Bank reached $14.5 billion in year-end deposits, delivering 7% accretion to the bottom line at a 25% return on equity. Fee growth was led by Capital Markets and Wealth divisions, whilst credit costs trended favourably. Citizens' board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share, payable on 18 February 2026. As of 31 December 2025, the bank held $226.4 billion in assets.
