Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the security or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, and perimeter security.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored security solutions, including surveillance, access control, and physical security systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of security solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with the latest physical security products, technologies, and industry trends.
