  • Proficiency with data visualization & dashboarding tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker, Google Studio)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Understanding of data warehouse (i.e. GCS, AWS) concepts, design and modeling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work with multiple systems and data sources
  • Must be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial culture
  • Deep understanding and experience with all Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter Insights products
  • Experience in the media industry & knowledge of media terminology
  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects: taking them from vague requirements, to an impactful story, accessible across diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
  • Experience to develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures
  • Experience to identify risks, resolve key blockers, and establish appropriate resolution paths
  • Build and maintain analysis, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides support to the operations and decision-making of the organization
  • Conduct data collection & data entry for video metadata
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and deliver on a timely basis
  • Contribute to product specification and user manual documentations
  • Develop and foster positive relationships and transparent dialogue with the business users and be able to translate technical terms into easily digestible business terms
  • Use internal and external analytics tools to access and analyze multivariate data
  • Write SQL queries and manage data transformation to build data products to enable analytics and self-service reporting to our stakeholders
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes, work with cross-functional teams and build efficient and scalable technical solutions
  • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, and propose and implement solutions
  • Ability to fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver
