Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to work in a dynamic environment supporting critical mission applications, leveraging cutting edge technology on NextGen SaaS and PaaS environments. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to analyze an organization, design its processes and systems and assess the business model and its integration with technology, as a member of a highly motivated project team. The successful candidate will:
- Research, gather and synthesize information
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with client and key subject matter experts across global consulting firm.
- Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) – Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc.
- Contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents
- Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components
- Develop, prototype and test solutions for information systems implementation
- Have the ability to quickly refocus based on rapidly changing client priorities
- Have the opportunity to receive specialized training in support of client priorities
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience with information technology in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
- One year of experience with information technology
Bonus points if you have:
- Procedural language (PL/SQL) knowledge and experience
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other business systems experience
- Experience with conceptual design and development of training curricula
- Experience conducting user training sessions
- Experience preparing communication plans
- Experience using agile and or spiral development models
- Experience performing program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $90,700 - $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100
New York City: $105,000 - $147,100
Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
