Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a strong focus on 3PL operations.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles with responsibility for business development, sales, and operational oversight.
  • Experience managing multi-location operations and large teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate and work effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the regional division, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, expand into new regions, and build partnerships with key clients.
  • Lead sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
  • Manage the division’s P&L, budget planning, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Align U.S. operations with the overall global business strategy, setting short- and long-term goals.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and working closely with them to tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Coordinate with global teams in China to align U.S. operations with international standards and objectives.
