Requirements
  • Experience working with children.
  • High school or equivalent education.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Access to a mobile device and the ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and email.
  • Reliable transportation is required; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to actively participate in all aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
  • Ability to assume kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing postures while working with children with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.
  • Availability four to five weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working four to five hours per day within that window.
Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Track data, write progress notes, and work collaboratively with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor.
