Requirements
  • Experience working within an advertising agency for a large client.
Responsibilities
  • Build credibility and effective relationships with the key stakeholders on the client account based on trust. Ensure regular client contact and maintain professional relationships with all levels that you are exposed to.
  • Be able to challenge the client and the internal agency departments diplomatically.
  • Be an efficient, respected, and reliable 'interface' between agencies’ teams at all global network levels.
  • Follow the agency processes to ensure projects are successfully managed.
  • Ensure effective briefs are created and signed off by the client, and relevant teams are effectively briefed.
  • Work closely with Creative Services and other internal partners to ensure timescales/ budgets are met on all jobs.
  • Develop and update client and project documents, including creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, status reports, meeting/conference reports, and other supporting materials.
  • Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes, anticipate potential projects, and proactively develop solutions.
  • Organize client presentations, meetings, and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas and contact reports.
  • Maintaining a solid financial process, ensuring efficient utilization of time across departments.
  • Demonstrate cost awareness of jobs being managed and raise any concerns with the line manager.
  • Strong understanding of the Client’s business and how it operates, as well as the ability to gather information effectively and quickly in support of the factual details of each brief.
  • Keep up-to-date competitive reviews, both execution and strategic.
