Requirements
  • Over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to consumer-facing, front-end B2C products; experience in search-related product development is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, and A/B testing platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with users, translating insights into impactful product solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, filtering systems, and backend architecture, facilitating effective collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and upskilling more Jr. PM’s to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.
  • A proactive and curious attitude, with a passion for challenging the status quo to develop exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search and Matching, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering best-in-class user experiences.
  • Use data, consumer insights, and market research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in search and matching functionality.
  • Drive the re-architecture and optimization of backend systems, improving algorithm transparency and enabling efficient testing of new features and filters.
  • Enhance frontend, customer-facing features with intuitive filtering, sorting, and personalized recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver impactful product solutions that solve complex user problems.
  • Develop and prioritize experiments, including A/B tests, to validate hypotheses and drive iterative product improvement.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across teams, presenting clear goals and requirements to achieve key milestones.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on search technologies and algorithms, championing innovation and excellence in product development.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making and track the impact of improvements.
