  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong academic record
  • 2+ years prior work experience in a marketing / project management / business environment; retail or home decor space preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication; excellent collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects start to finish
  • Savvy, quick & creative thinking - comfortable in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous, fast-moving environment

Responsibilities
  • Project management & day-to-day execution for multiple partnership campaigns - responsibilities include, but are not limited to: clear, timely and effective tracking of project milestones, ensuring projects progress to plan and on budget, enabling project decisions, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, etc
  • Build and maintain project planning and progress tracking tools, assisting with operational efficiencies for the team
  • Creative management, owning the end-to-end process for briefing teams, evaluating assets, providing creative feedback, and securing final approvals
  • Assistance with managing legal requirements - facilitating reviews and signatures for NDAs, contracts, addendums, and/or other necessary partnership documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with numerous internal and external partners to stand up new partners and execute partnerships in support of Promotional and Brand initiatives. This includes working cross-functionality with partner teams (e.g. Brand Development, Content Marketing, Social Media Management, Exclusive Brands) and marketing channels to understand commercial needs in order to get partnership support
  • Share learnings with relevant cross-functional leaders by compiling weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly dashboards, as well as campaign-specific recaps
  • Assist with fielding and vetting partnership inbound requests
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of market and competitor trends and tactics
