Full Stack Engineer

About us:

Seamless Protocol is the first and largest native lend-borrow platform on Base.

Seamless was launched as a collaboration with contributors with backgrounds from Coinbase, CertiK, AAVE and more. The governance token, SEAM, was a fair launch and listed on Coinbase exchange Day One.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our blockchain-based applications, ensuring Seamless user experiences and visually stunning designs.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces for blockchain-based applications.

• Architect, develop, and maintain front end components using cutting-edge web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, and React.

• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.

• Integrate blockchain functionality into user interfaces, including wallet management, transaction monitoring, and smart contract interactions.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces.

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to ensure high code quality and best practices.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in blockchain technology, front end development, and design.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in front end software development.

• Experience with blockchain development tools and libraries (wagmi, viem, ethers).

• “Crypto-native” user. Experience building and using crypto, DeFi.

• Enthusiastic about leveraging innovative technologies to solve issues in the modern financial system.

• Knowledge of techniques to ensure web applications are high-performing across devices, including optimizing for load times

• Strong awareness of front-end security issues and best practices, particularly in the context of DApps and crypto transactions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

• Enthusiasm, an exceptional work ethic, a self-starter attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.

Nice to have:

• Full stack experience. Backend development, devops and/or Smart Contract.

• Understanding of Solidity and EVM generally.

• DeFi or TradFi interest/experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a relevant subject.
