Breaking ground on another industrial project with Mapletree in Joliet.

Breaking ground on another industrial project with Mapletree in Joliet. Keeley Construction recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 419,520-square-foot industrial facility at 1851 Brandon Road in Joliet, Illinois. The ceremony brought together representatives from Mapletree, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), Architects Plus Design Studio, CAGE, and the Keeley Construction team to mark the beginning of another collaborative project. This development marks Keeley's second project with Mapletree in Joliet. "The opportunity to work with Mapletree again speaks to the value of strong partnerships. We appreciate their continued trust in Keeley Construction and look forward to working alongside the entire project team to deliver another quality facility for the Joliet community." - Sean Keeley of Keeley Construction.
