Requirements
  • ideally three years of experience in exchange listed derivatives
  • growth mindset to drive innovative and sustainable solutions particularly in context of the hybrid execution model
  • strong understanding of vendor E/OMS trading systems and knowledge of futures and FX market structure
  • keen interest in algorithms and knowledge of Transaction Cost Analysis with the ability to distill and articulate complex concepts
  • analytical mindset to improve clients’ execution performance relative to their benchmarks
  • entrepreneurial problem-solving skills to create workflow and custom algo solutions
  • strong risk management skills and high level of risk-awareness
  • effectively collaborate across quant, tech and other internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements
Responsibilities
  • grow our business from existing and new clients across Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) & Foreign Exchange (FX) and drive performance in a strategic growth region
  • act as a key point of contact for clients regarding all electronic-related questions, leveraging expertise on a multitude of trading and data systems required for day-to-day workflow
  • proactively monitor global algorithmic flow across ETD and FX and provide quality execution consultancy
  • track evolving market structure in ETD and FX markets and partner with our quantitative researchers to continuously enhance our algorithmic offering
  • shape and drive our hybrid execution strategy by partnering with ETD Voice execution teams to effectively pitch our wholistic ETD execution offering, cover cross-channel clients and grow cross-channel revenues
  • track volumes and revenues of existing clients to develop commercial relationships and grow market share
  • collaborate with various sales teams across Global Markets to identify client opportunities and deliver the firm
  • carefully manage and assess market and execution risk, often in high-pressure situations, and manage client relationships during technology issues
  • contribute to our differentiated content to build market awareness internally as well as thought leadership with clients
  • think creatively to drive product innovation and technological enhancements
